John Curran has been appointed as Director of Soccer at SUSFC, starting Monday 10 November.

At last night's AGM, a new Executive Committee was elected for 2009.

The Futsal Super League competition got underway this weekend with a double header played on Saturday and Sunday against Apia and Sutherland respectively. The Uni girls did us proud with all three teams posting wins in both games and are now sitting on top (or equal top) of the table.

The mighty AA7s are through to the Grand Final on 21st September with a nail biting penalty shoot out win at Jellicoe today. The AA8s fought gallantly before being eliminated in golden goal extra time.

A great round this week. 7 wins and a draw from 11. The 8s, the fix is in! The TAB is investigating some irregular betting patterns in the AA8 ESFA competition ...

The SUSFC Blue and Gold Dinner at the Grandstand on Friday 30 May had it all. A big crowd of supporters mixed with current and formers players were entertained in style by the mercurial Adam Spencer and his panel of experts, John Boultbee, Francis Awaritefe, Lawrie McKinna and John Kosmina.
