The Men’s ESFA Premier League squad consists of a squad of two teams: First Grade and Reserves. The ESFA Premier League is the elite competition in the Eastern Suburbs and is about to commence it's second season in 2008. The competition has 10 clubs from the Eastern Suburbs region playing over 18 rounds and finals.

2007 ESFA Cup FINAL Sydney University PL1 2 - 0 Dunbar Rovers AA1. Winning the ESFA cup (First SUSFC side to do so) was the highlight of the 2007 season.

League Results First's finished a disappointing 6th. Reserves initially qualifed for the Semi finals (4th) but forfeited 3 points for the last round and were relegated to 6th.
